Rates

$25/hour for recording, mixing, and editing
Four-hour minimum, Day rates available
$25 tape rental for analog sessions

Sessions include one audio reference CD and one data CD-R/DVD-R of all final versions of material.  Additional audio and data discs are available for $5 each.  Interim mixes for approval will be provided in mp3 format via email or ftp. No master material will be released from the session until payment has been made in full.

Sessions are kept on the studio drive for 4 weeks following a session, and archived to external storage for an additional 2 months.  Prize Beagle Recording takes no responsibility for client data beyond this 3 month period.

Clients are encouraged to bring virus-checked drives to archive full sessions at the end of a session, and will be required to provide drives to transport sessions that are being mixed somehwere else.

Deposits and Cancellations

Multi-day sessions require a deposit of 50% of estimated session cost. Any deposit overages will be returned at the close of the session in the form they are made (cash/check/credit card refund). Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half the booked session time.

Payment

Payment is expected at the close of each session day. Credit Card payments can be tendered through PayPal, but must be worked out in advance of the session and may be subject to additional fees.
